Conveyancing

By law, only members of the Law society are allowed to provide legal services in the UK, so Blade regrets that it can't offer you any of the conveyancing services required for the formal transfer of the property. If you wish, we can advise you on suitable local solictors who specialise in conveyancing.

Mortgages

Blade cannot arrange mortgages because we do not have a license to provide any kind of financial services. If you wish, we can put you in touch with suitable mortgage providers. However, the best advice we can give our buyers is to find out how much you can borrow before you start looking for a property.
